Corner 2 Corner Inspections has you covered!

Septic Inspections
Corner 2 Corner Inspections is proud to provide our clients with thorough septic and holding tank inspections. Septic and holding tanks are emptied by a local VAC truck service company. Inspection of the inside of the tank is performed utilizing a high-resolution video, multi-directional camera with special high-powered lights. This allows Corner 2 Corner to give clients an accurate evaluation of the septic or holding tank and all internal components.
Given the importance of and cost of replacing a septic system, a video inspection of the septic system is an essential part of the acreage inspection. Having the tank emptied is the only way to accurately access the condition of the tank. The video is presented to clients as part of the home inspection.

The Ozone odor Removal (Ozone shock treatment)
Eliminate offensive cigarette and food odors for quicker home sale or just better overall air quality in your home. Corner 2 Corner Inspections, your Edmonton- Home-Inspector uses Commercial Ozone Generators to eliminate odors in your home or office permanently. Ozone Shock Treatment is also a very useful tool to use after basement or plumbing leaks as ozone destroys mold and spores on contact! Ozone will also dramatically reduce indoor atmosphere pollution and contaminants!
What is Ozone?
Ozone (O3), a colorless gas and, is the second strongest oxidizer on the planet. It has the unique ability to destroy bacteria, viruses and odors. In greatly elevated levels ozone eliminates tobacco smoke, its phenol gases and odors from cooking, pets, mold, mildew and other sources of household odors.
Ozone effectively deodorizes, disinfects, and destroys many of the pathogens and fumes that pollute the air we breathe.
How does Ozone eliminate Odors??
Organic substances, like odors, are composed of molecules. Ozone attacks molecules and breaks them down into harmless substances like carbon dioxide, trace amounts of water and oxygen. Once the odor has been broken down, it does not come back unless the source that caused the odor is reintroduced. After the elimination of odor and the ozone converts back to into regular oxygen.
A molecule of ozone is made up of three atoms of oxygen. One of the three oxygen atoms will readily split off from the molecule and attach itself to any particle or pollutant with which it comes into contact. The oxygen atom will proceed to oxidize that particle. This means it effectively ‘burns’ the particle, which in turn neutralizes any biological properties. As a result, the particle will no longer be toxic, and being unable to reproduce, it becomes completely harmless.
When the single oxygen molecule oxidizes the particle, it too is destroyed. All that remains is pure, clean O2 oxygen.
How long does it take?
Treatment time depends on many factors. A few factors taken into consideration are the size of the area to be treated, furniture, floor coverings, and severity of odor. Corner 2 Corner treatments are generally a minimum of 24 hours.
