A Property or Whole Home Inspection is a thorough visual examination of the home. From the foundation to the roof, inside and out, all the major systems in the home are evaluated. All issues observed in the home are documented in a detailed computer generated narrative style report with digital photos of the most significant concerns. A picture is worth a thousand words and we will take as many as needed to detail the condition of the property.
Our check list includes literally 100's of items and systems within the property. We believe understanding how the home operates as a system and how each of these systems affects the other is the key to providing our clients with a worthy Home Inspection.
Lets face it, no home is without deficiencies. Some are very minor but others may require immediate attention. It is our opinion that most everything is fixable, but you can't fix what you don't know is broken. A Corner 2 Corner Home Inspection will let you know the condition of the property before you purchase and the importance of correcting any deficiencies we may find.
Our Home Inspections include evaluating the following:
Lot Grade
Roof
Exterior
Basement, Foundation, Crawlspace & Structure
Heating
Cooling
Plumbing
Electrical
Fireplace
Attic, Insulation & Ventilation
Doors, Windows & Interior
